How much are the weekly payments?
Every car is set at a different price, and each car seller will ask for different weekly payment amounts. However, you will be able to adjust/negotiate the weekly amount, which will change the total time needed before you can own the car. The seller will agree or not to that request.
What happens if I cannot pay my weekly payment ?
We know that problems can occur; that’s why Beepz put a system in place called Week Pass. If you are unable to complete a weekly payment, you have the option to delay that payment for a fee of $80. This fee is an additional charge and will not be used towards the balance that you owe. The Week Pass option is located in the “My Car.”
When will I own the car?
The time frame varies depending on your weekly payments and the price of the car: the set amount chosen between you and the seller per week and the price of the car should determine the number of weeks needed to pay until you fully own the car.
Do I need to have a good credit score?
No, Beepz will not run a credit check; we only require that you have an active status with any of the ride-share or on-demand delivery services.
What about if I don’t have a bank account?
You can create a Walmart Green dot account:
- purchase a green dot prepaid card at Walmart
- Register your card at:
https://www.walmartmoneycard.com/create-user
- Put enough money on the card so Beepz can charge your set up fee $549 + the full coverage insurance
- Once you have registered your Walmart green dot card go to Beepz to submit your payment info using the Walmart card.
Can I purchase a car through Beepz without having a rideshare ordelivery account?
Yes, everyone can purchase a car on Beepz!
Do I need to put any money down?
There is a small set up fee of $549 and that is it.
Is there a contract?
Yes! You will sign an E-contract with your seller agreeing to a purchase and sell agreement. However, you can return the car at any time if you are no longer able to pay for it.
Do I need a credit or debit card to subscribe?
Yes! You will need to connect a debit or a credit card to pay your weekly car payments. Note that the more payment methods you will provide, the better you will look when you are requesting the car you want. The seller will feel more confident knowing that you have different payment options.
Do I pay for my car insurance?
Yes, car insurance is paid by the Buyer. It needs to be full coverage car insurance.
What type of insurance do I need?
Here is what you need to communicate to your insurance provider.
Insurance requirements:
It needs to include Comprehensive & Collision with a maximum deductible of $1000 ($500 or less preferably) and add as a lien holder and loss payee:

What do I need to be able to purchase a car on beepz?
You will need an ACTIVE ride-share or/and delivery service account if you don’t have one you need to provide source of income (ie one last paystub only, a screenshot of your credit score even if its bad). You will also need a full coverage car insurance for the car you are purchasing.
Does Beepz take a % of my Rideshare earnings?
No, 100% of your fares or deliveries are yours.
How do I pay weekly?

2. Can I sept autopay?
Yes! To enable autopay, go to the "Payment" section. In the top right corner, select "Payment method" where you'll find an option to enable autopay.
Will I meet the seller and be in contact?
Yes, if you want to, you will meet the seller to go check out the car, see if you like it before you purchase it, once you like the vehicle, you will meet the seller again to get your car after uploading your insurance into the Beepz app
What happens if I damage the car?
If it’s an accident, contact your insurance and fix it as fast as possible. If the repair requires time and you can’t pay your weekly payment, feel free to use a Week Pass. If it takes longer than a week, please contact Beepz customer service to find a solution to the specific situation.
When will be my first payment?
You will make your first weekly payment 7 days after you picked up your car.
What kind of cars can I get?
Every type of vehicle can be up for sale on Beepz
How do I know if my car can be used for the rideshare or for delivery service?
- Rideshare Services:
- UBER: Requires a 4-door vehicle with at least 5 seats, in good condition, and typically under 15 years old. Ridester
- LYFT: Requires a 4-door vehicle with 5-8 seats, including the driver's, and the car must be 2008 or newer. Lyft Help

- UBER EATS: Accepts vehicles of any age, including 2-door cars, bicycles, and scooters in select cities. Ridesharing Driver
- DOORDASH: Allows any car, truck or van, and in some markets scooters or bicycles. Ridesharing Driver
- AMAZON FLEX: Requires a mid-sized or larger vehicle, such as a 4-door sedan, SUV, van or truck with a covered bed. Amazon Flex

How much time is needed for me to get the car?
As soon as you Beepz approved you account, it is very quick, you will need to start your onboarding of $549
Is there a bonus for referring someone?
Yes! You’ll receive a $100 bonus after the person you referred completes their 5th payment.
Can I connect multiple rideshare accounts to my dashboard
Yes! Connecting multiple active accounts is beneficial—it provides additional assurance for the seller and increases your chances of being selected for the car you want.
Can I pay off my car at any time?
Yes! We encourage you to do so! In “My Car,” you’ll find a “Cashboost” button that lets you make extra payments anytime you like. Plus, there’s no service fee when you use the Cashboost option!
My car isn’t starting! What could be the issue?
If the engine doesn’t respond, it’s likely due to a missed payment. Please make your weekly payment or use a week pass to unlock the engine. If this isn’t the case, it might be a mechanical issue, and you should contact your mechanic.
I just got into an accident, what do I do?
Please make sure you are in a safe place; contact the police if necessary and your insurance provider.
How long will it take for me to upload all the paperwork necessary to activate my new car into my ride-share or delivery service account?
It can be the same day if you make sure to get your Insurance, car inspection, and registration uploaded. Usually, ride-shares and on-demand delivery services take about 3 hours to validate your paperwork.
What happens if I can’t make my weekly payment and have already used all three week passes?
If you’re unable to make the payment after using all three week passes, you’ll be asked to return the car to its owner. Please ensure the car is clean and in the same condition as when you received it to avoid any additional fees.
I want to return my car, will I get my deposit back?
There is no deposit included in the $549 onboarding payment
Do I pay for my car registration?
Yes! A $79 fee will be added to your third payment to cover the transfer of your car registration. Please note that this does not cover your registration renewal. The DMV will send you an invoice directly for your renewal, which you’ll need to pay separately.

How do I ensure that the car won’t break down right after I purchase it?
Beepz requires each car to undergo a safety inspection and smog check. Additionally, cars with up to 170,000 miles on the odometer come with a protection covering major engine and transmission issues, giving you added peace of mind.
What happens at the car pickup appointment?
At the pickup appointment, you’ll meet your seller, who will hand over the remote for your new car! Here’s what to do before driving off:
- Open the chat with your seller.
- Press the “Next Step” button.
- Select “Pick Up Appointment.”
- Take a picture of the temporary registration on your windshield, the car key, and the inspection form.
- Confirm these three photos in the chat.
- That’s it! You’re ready to go. Your weekly payments will start 7 days from the closing of your deal.

Can I Request More Time to Pay?
Yes! Your seller can extend your payment deadline by up to 3 additional days from your original due date. However, please note that your seller is not obligated to agree to this extension. Be sure to communicate with your seller to make the request.
Is There a Warranty on the Cars?
Yes! All cars with under 170,000 miles are protected against major engine issues and transmission problems, subject to a $500 deductible. This coverage provides peace of mind for both buyers and sellers on the Beepz platform.
Is the $549 Refundable?
Yes, the $549 is refundable if you have not yet picked up your car. However, once the car has been picked up, the fee is no longer refundable.
